Superjumbo
In the absence of anything new to add on the house/plot front I may as well mention the highlight of the week.
Very conveniently I had a meeting at Airbus Filton site on Thursday which finished 30 minutes before the 'superjumbo' A380 made it's first visit to Bristol. Very impressive it was too (Should that be 'she'?). It didn't land at Filton but it made one flypast with the undercarriage down, and then did another five flypasts. I just had time to escape from my meeting and grab my camera before the first flypast so I've added a couple of my photo's onto Flickr (see link on the right).
It was difficult to get a sense of the scale of the A380 as Filton is such a huge airfield, but when you see the double rows of windows you realise it's one big bird! Maybe I'll fly on one oneday - not that I've ever been on a Jumbo but never mind.
Hopefully the house/plot saga will continue soon. Watch this space....
